What Is Professional Waxing?
Waxing is one of the most widely used professional hair removal methods, removing hair directly from the root for weeks of smooth skin. Unlike shaving (which cuts hair at the surface), waxing pulls each hair from the follicle, resulting in slower, finer regrowth over time.
We use professional-grade hard wax (also known as stripless wax), which is applied warm, hardens around the hair, and is removed without strips. Hard wax encapsulates hair as it sets and is peeled off directly, gripping the hair firmly while being gentler on the skin than soft wax.
Unlike soft wax, which adheres to both hair and skin, hard wax primarily grips hair, making it a better choice for sensitive areas such as the bikini line, underarms, and face. It minimizes irritation, reduces the risk of lifting, and can even be reapplied to the same area if needed.
Results typically last 3–6 weeks, and with regular sessions, regrowth becomes progressively finer and sparser as the follicle weakens over time.
