Text message (preferred): This is the best first step for most questions. A text gives us a written record of your request, which makes it easier to reference details and respond accurately. Because Skin Alchemy HI is a solo studio, we are not always free to take live phone calls—texting respects in-treatment time and typically gets you a faster reply during business hours.

Phone calls and voicemail: If you call and we do not answer, please leave a clear voicemail with your name, callback number, and the reason for your call. We do not return missed calls when no message is left, so a voicemail is important if you would like us to follow up by phone.

Email: Ideal for longer questions, order or account details, and anything you prefer to send in writing.
