What Is Threading?
Threading is one of the oldest hair removal techniques in the world, originating over 6,000 years ago in the Middle East and South Asia. It uses a thin cotton or polyester thread that is doubled and twisted, then rolled across the skin to catch and remove hair at the follicle level.
Unlike tweezing which removes one hair at a time, threading can remove entire rows of hair in a single pass, making it both faster and more precise. The thread catches the hair and lifts it cleanly from the root without pulling on or adhering to the skin at all.
No wax, no chemicals, no heat; just thread and technique.
Important: Threading is exclusively for facial hair removal; we do NOT perform threading on body areas. Commonly used for: eyebrows (shaping and cleanup), upper lip, chin, sideburns, forehead, and full face.
