Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided by Skin Alchemy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing products or services from Skin Alchemy, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

Treatment Refund Policy

At Skin Alchemy HI, we strive to provide exceptional skincare treatments and services tailored to your needs. However, due to the personalized nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and work towards a solution. If you choose not to get your services on the day of your appointment you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of 50% the service cost as we require a 48hr notice of cancellation. 

Deposits and no-show fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged a canellation fee.

Online Orders Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Skin Alchemy HI. We worked hard to make sure we bring in products that you will love! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns on products that are less than 50% consumed within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

If you return an order that included a free gift but choose to keep the gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund total. For example, if your order totaled $100 and included a complimentary gift worth $15, the $15 value of the gift will be subtracted from your refund if the gift is not returned with the order.

 

For products that you received a bad reaction to, please do the following:

  1. Stop Using the Product Immediately

    If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product immediately.

  2. Document the Reaction

    Take clear photos of the affected area and note any symptoms, such as redness, swelling, or itchiness. This documentation will help us better understand the situation.

  3. Contact Us Within 30 Days

    Email us at aloha@skinalchemyhi.com within 30 days of experiencing the reaction. Provide your order details, photos, and a description of the reaction.

  4. Consult Your Skincare Professional or Physician

    If the reaction is severe, please consult a medical professional for advice and treatment.

  5. Return the Product

    For bad reactions we extend our refund policy to 30 days instead of 15 days. Bad reactions do not include acne purging. Bad reactions are allergic in nature. 

  6. Resolution Options

    Once we assess the situation, we may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the nature of the reaction and circumstances.

The following products are non-refundable: sample sets, products purchased with rewards points, products purchased with gift cards.
