The extra 30 minutes allow for an in-depth consultation, where we will review your skin history, concerns, and goals. Whether you’re dealing with acne, pigmentation, sensitivity, or signs of aging, your facial will be fully tailored using advanced ingredients and methods to support long-term skin transformation. Cancellation Policy
I deeply respect your time and kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment. This allows me to make the best use of my resources. At Skin Alchemy HI, we've had the pleasure of having amazing clients with rare cases of no-shows! Your deposit will be forfeited for no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment. One reschedule with 48-hour notice is allowed per booking. Cancellations/rescheduling made within 48 hours will be considered a "no show." Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Please text me if you are on your way to avoid a no-show! I generally block extra time in between clients as town traffic can be unpredictable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
