At Skin Alchemy HI, our needling treatments use advanced technologies to stimulate collagen, refine texture, and deliver active ingredients deeper into the skin. Each method offers unique benefits tailored to your comfort level, skin type, and desired results.

Liquid Microneedling

Also known as a spicule treatment, liquid microneedling uses natural freshwater sponge spicules to create gentle microchannels that activate skin renewal. These spicules stimulate collagen, refine texture, and boost product penetration without puncturing or irritating the skin. This treatment is completely natural and safe for pregnant or sensitive clients.

At Skin Alchemy HI, we use only high-quality formulations including BIO24H White Spicule Powder 99%, Lira Clinical Green Power Peel, KrX Green Sea Peel, and Pharmesthetics Conapidil Superjection Sea Powder Spicule. These advanced blends deliver visible brightening, smoothing, and rejuvenation while promoting long-term skin health.

Best for: textured, congested, or dull skin; safe for pregnant and sensitive clients.

Nanoneedling

Nanoneedling, also known as nano-infusion, is the gentlest of the treatments. It uses tinyuses ultra-fine silicone-tipped pins that only affect the uppermost layer of the skin (the epidermis). These nano-needles do not puncture the skin deeply, which eliminates any pain or downtime. Nanoneedling primarily focuses on improving skin texture, increasing product absorption, and boosting hydration. This treatment is ideal for more superficial concerns like fine lines, mild texture issues, and dullness. It’s safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and can be done more frequently due to its non-invasive nature.

Best for: sensitive skin, uneven tone, and active acne.

Microneedling / Microchanneling

MicroNeedling and MicroChanneling both work by creating controlled microchannels that stimulate collagen and elastin production.

MicroNeedling involves the use of a device with fine needles that create controlled micro-injuries in the skin’s deeper layers. The depth of the needles are usually longer than microchanneling and adjusted throughout the service. Microneedling devices allow for deeper needle depths for areas it is needed like areas with deep scarring or extensive wrinkles. Making this treatment more intensive, especially for deeper concerns like acne scars and wrinkles. Redness and downtime can be expected after treatment.

MicroChanneling is similar to microneedling but uses a more precise and automated stamping technique with tiny needles. This creates uniform microchannels in the skin’s surface without the dragging motion of traditional microneedling. . Microchanneling is typically less invasive and has faster recovery times compared to microneedling, with less irritation or inflammation. Deeper doesn't always mean better, if your skin doesn't have any obvious visual concerns then microchanneling would be best suited for you.

Best for: acne scars, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and loss of elasticity.

Jet Plasma

Jet Plasma is a revolutionary skin regeneration treatment that uses cold atmospheric plasma energy to stimulate deep collagen remodeling, brighten pigmentation, and tighten the skin without any surface trauma. This non-invasive technology penetrates the epidermis to remodel skin at the cellular level, making it an excellent alternative to microneedling for clients who prefer a needle-free approach.
