 Policies

BY BOOKING SERVICES WITH US ONLINE YOU INHERENTLY AGREE TO ALL OF SKIN ALCHEMY HI'S POLICIES.

The following terms and policies has been created to ensure mutual respect for your time & mine. I aim to provide every client with a personalized & positive experience.

When you schedule an appointment, that time is allocated exclusively for you.

 

I recognize that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need the following from all clients: cancel or reschedule the appointment a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

  • At Skin Alchmey HI I operate on an honor system. I've had the pleasure of having amazing clients with rare cases of no-shows! For no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be emailed via invoice. Before recieving your next service at Skin Alchemy HI, the invoice for the cancellation fee must be settled. 

    • same day cancellation will be considered a "no show."

    • 1 reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hour notice. 2nd reschedule/cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee and processing fees.

    • No shows will result in a cancellation fee for the booked service.​

    • No shows without notice will result in a ban from online bookings. Clients who no show will need to prepay for all future services.

    • NO SHOWS WILL BE EXCUSED FOR THE FOLLOWING ONLY: (1) Jury Duty, (2) Death in family, (3) Military duties, (4) Sickness, (5) Injury

    For any of the excusals above; please try to let me know at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    • Arriving late to your appointment will affect your service time.

    • After 10 minutes you will be considered a no show. Please communicate your tardiness with me so I am able to prevent your appointment from being a no show.

      • If I have open slots for a later time, I may be able to move your appointment!

      • If I do not have someone booked after you, I may be able to take you after passing the 10 minute threshold if you text me that you will be running late

    • Please stay in contact with me! I try to do my best to still take tardy appointments because I understand that traffic and life happens.

    • Please don’t text and drive or speed. Just shoot me a text (808)272-9600 that you might be running late!

    • If you are considered a no show, and 10 minutes elapses without communication, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee.

    • guests allowed! Bring a friend or friends!

    • children are allowed, yet recommended against bringing. Please assure they do not break or touch things as it may be hazardous/dangerous for them. This is your time to relax, but I understand if you need to bring them along!

    • we have the right to refuse or fire a client for any reason regardless of follow up appointments.​ Follow up appointments will be refunded in this case.

    • photos and videos taken during appointment are for insurance purposes. They may be used for social media and marketing resources with your permission.

  • Visit my website to book online! My bookings close 24 hours ahead of time, same day/walkins may be available upon request via text, email, or website chatbox.

    Being that I am a solo esthetician, I do not answer calls as calls can be disruptive during appointments. Please TEXT me if you have any questions! You may also contact me via email or my websites chat box! I take late treatments and get out of services around 9pm-11pm!

    Thank you for your patience and understanding! Due to my commitments that extend into the evening, concluding around 9pm to 11pm, I may not be able to contact you during conventional business hours. I appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding communication!

    • Payments will ONLY be refunded in the event a client is considered "Not an ideal candidate for the service" at the time of appointment & what disqualifies them as a client is not listed on Skin Alchemy HI website in pre care instructions​

    • Refunds will only be given for excused no-shows if full payment way made online.

    • If you were unhappy with your service, please text or email me!

    • All ADD ON services can NOT be booked individually.

    • All ADD ON services must be booked with a service that does NOT say ADD ON.

    • Any ADD ON services booked individually will be automatically canceled.

    • ADD ONs cannot be booked with express facials; if this is done by accident, the express facial will remain and the ADD ON will be automatically canceled.

    • Your package will expire one year after the purchase date. Please book your services within this one-year time frame. All services, packages, and memberships are nonrefundable.

    • Packages are transferable and can be given, gifted, or shared.

    • In the event you request a refund, Skin Alchemy HI has the right to choose whether to release a refund or not. If in the event you choose to get a refund, you will be required to pay/charged the remaining balance on previously serviced treatments in full and lose the discount.

    • Upon purchasing you will be booking your first service.

    • No shows/last minute cancellations: All no show, late, and rescheduling policies apply for services booked with a package. For no shows, the forfeited deposit/50% cancellation fee will be subtracted from the package OR you can pay via invoice prior to your next session. 

    • Packages CANNOT be booked with additional discount codes (referral discount, review discount, seasonal discounts). Coupons may not be used with any packages (unless it was stated in can be). Packages can be bought/booked with giftcards.
