Getting Started with Your Virtual Client Portal

If you have just joined our Virtual Client Subscription, welcome. You now have access to our brand-new Client Portal, designed to simplify, convenience, and personalize your skincare journey, wherever you are.
This portal is your private online space to connect with me, track your progress, and stay on track with your skin goals between appointments.
Before You Receive Access
All new virtual clients must complete the Virtual Client Consultation Form before we set up their portal account. This form ensures that I have all the necessary information to create a personalized, safe, and effective skincare plan tailored to your needs.
Once your form is submitted, please allow one to four days for us to set up your account. When it is ready, we will email you your username and password. Your username will be the email address you used when subscribing, so please ensure it is correct. If you change your email address after subscribing, please contact us immediately so we can update it before creating your account.
When you receive your login information, check both your inbox and your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there by mistake.
What You Can Do in the Portal
1. Access Your Skincare Plan
Your personalized home care routine and product recommendations are stored here so you always know exactly what to use and when.
2. View Session Notes and History
After each virtual session, I will upload notes so you can review what we discussed and track your progress over time.
3. Upload Progress Photos
Easily add your own photos so we can monitor changes together and adjust your plan if needed. Or fill out the client update form, and I will upload your photos for you!
4. Message Me Directly
If you need clarification on a product or have a quick skincare concern, you can message me directly without booking a full appointment.
5. Access Exclusive Resources
Enjoy members-only content, including product education, seasonal skincare tips, and special offers curated for virtual clients.
Getting Started
Fill out the Virtual Client Consultation Form as soon as possible if you haven't done so!
Please wait for your welcome email with your username and password, which will arrive within one to four business days after your form is submitted. If you have already submitted your form from the consultation, you should already have access.
Log in and explore your portal.
Upload your first set of progress photos and review your skincare plan. We will upload the photos from your intake or consultation form!
This space is designed to keep your skincare organized, your progress visible, and your connection with me strong, even from a distance. I look forward to you experiencing the benefits of your new portal and seeing how it helps you stay consistent and confident with your skincare at home.
