1. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

2. LICENSE GRANT

3. PERMITTED & PROHIBITED USES

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

4. WEBSITE & CODE USAGE WITHOUT PURCHASE
If this product contains website templates, code, embed scripts, or digital frameworks: any website, platform, application, or business found to be using, displaying, or benefiting from this product's code, design, or content WITHOUT a valid purchase record on file will be considered in violation of this agreement and U.S. copyright law. Skin Alchemy HI reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices, pursue injunctive relief, and file civil and/or criminal charges accordingly. Statutory damages under the DMCA can reach up to $150,000 per willful infringement.

5. DETECTION & ENFORCEMENT
Skin Alchemy HI actively monitors for unauthorized use of its digital products. This product may contain embedded identifiers, digital watermarks, or unique fingerprints traceable to your purchase. If unauthorized use is discovered — including distribution on third-party sites, resale without authorization, or use without purchase — Skin Alchemy HI will pursue all available legal remedies without prior notice, including:
  • Civil lawsuits for copyright infringement and damages
  • DMCA takedown notices issued to hosting providers and platforms
  • Criminal referrals where willful infringement is evident
  • Recovery of legal fees and costs

6. NO DERIVATIVE WORKS
Modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creation of derivative works based on this product is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Skin Alchemy HI. Unauthorized derivative works will be treated as infringement under the same enforcement terms above.

7. NO REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are accepted once access has been granted. By checking the agreement box, you waive any right to dispute the charge on the basis of product satisfaction after access is provided.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from this agreement or the use of this product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
